Terms of Use

All of the graphics at LLDesigns are copyrighted by Lady Laughter Designs Ltd. Please do not include them in any archive, CD, collection, gallery, or any other form of passing them off as coming from other than here. These are not Public Domain Sets!
My logo button (included in all sets zip files) must accompany any page you use my graphics on, whether using just one item or a complete set (sets may NOT be broken up!)
Unlike many designers, I will permit you to alter the graphic's size ONLY. You may not however take the graphic apart or compile it with other graphics to create a new set.
My graphics are never to be used on any site that is deemed illegal by U.S. standards or require someone be over 21 to access the site (i.e., warez, appz, crax, pornography, etc)
Never link directly to my graphics - download the zip file available for all linkware sets or right click to save as... I am frequently pulling, altering or renaming pages all the time. Hence, a graphic today could be a blank page tomorrow.
You may "purchase" a set or graphic from me, but I retain in perpetuity ownership of all graphics copyrighted by LLDesigns. You may not do with it as you please. You may use them on non-commercial, non-profit, family-safe, homepages for free (exclusive use not included). Commercial sites wishing to use design sets by LLDesigns MUST purchase the license to use the set.
Mostly I thank you for choosing to use a graphic(s) by LLDesigns and hope you will recommend us to you friends! Please come back often as I am constantly updating, changing and adding new sets. Thank you, Lady Laughter
